Wine tasting can truly be an amazing experiencing. Comparing and contrasting and identifying scents and flavors are things I enjoy. The purpose of this page is to provide my very own wine journal, writing about wines from various regions. I must admit, I've drank plenty of wine and have no notes on them. I will continue to do that. I don't want wine tasting to become a task. However, when I can, I will profile select wines and discuss them. I urge you to try the same bottles and see what your thoughts are.
