Harvest Time

An exciting time is right around the corner for Backyard Winery - HARVEST TIME! We got the call from our grape grower that he is going to start the harvest in late September going into early October. My order is placed and I'll have 5 varieties of grapes to create 5 new wines for Backyard Winery. We are picking everything up and the entire processing will be completed at Project Hillside in our new cellar and wine making lab! Stay tuned!
